We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept payments via Paypal. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order.
We currently process all credit card payments through Paypal. Per their processing requirements, we charge your card for the net order total when the order is finalized. Any credits due to you for items that could not be shipped will be applied at the time of shipment.

Money Orders, Cashier’s Checks, Company Checks, & Personal Checks
We currently do not accept money orders, personal checks, cashier’s checks, or cash payments except in our store. We have found that this is the most fair practice for all our customers, since we would otherwise be holding inventory for unpaid orders and potentially preventing others from purchasing those products.
Out of Stock Products
In most cases you will be notified when you try to put something in your cart if it is out of stock or lower than the quantity you requested. You will have the opportunity to wait list the item and be notified by email when it returns to stock.
There may be times even after completion of an order when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock due to inventory counting errors. In most cases we will ship all available products and then ship any backorders in a separate shipment at our expense. If we cannot get the backordered products in a timely manner we will credit your order and inform you of this.
Your personal information is kept private and secure. When you make a purchase from our site, you provide your name, email address, credit card information, address, phone number, and a password. We use this information to process your orders, to keep you updated on your orders and to personalize your shopping experience.
Our secure servers protect your information using advanced encryption techniques and firewall technology. For your additional security, we do not keep your credit card information on file permanently.
To keep you informed about our latest offers, we may notify you of current promotions, specials and new additions to the Bead Passion Studio site.
We use “cookies” to keep track of your current shopping session to personalize your experience and so that you may retrieve your shopping cart at any time.

We ship orders Monday through Saturday, except on holidays. We strive to ship your order the same day, if received before 4:00 pm (Eastern Time). Normal turnaround will be within 1 – 2 business days. You will receive a notice to the email you gave us when your order ships.
Most domestic orders are shipped by USPS first class mail or Priority Mail, both of which now offer tracking numbers. We upload this tracking number to your order when it ships, so this is the first place you should look to track the order in transit and the expected arrival time. This information is provided in the shipping notice we send you, as well as in your order history on your My Account page online.
All items ordered will be shipped together. If a question arises, regarding availability of an item or the need to split orders, the customer will be contacted by email prior to shipping.
When placing an order outside of the United States and territories, the international shipping charges for duties, taxes, or other fees are the responsibility of the buyer/recipient. Complete invoices will be enclosed in the packages as postal and import/export regulations require.
Bead Passion Studio makes a good faith effort to track and correct any errors in shipment, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, delays in shipping due to weather conditions, incorrect shipping addresses or missing shipping information. We ship all orders via the U.S. Postal Service (USPS). It is your responsibility to provide us with a shipping address where packages can be securely delivered by USPS or by your country’s postal service without risk of theft or loss. We assume no responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen after USPS or another postal service completes delivery to the address that you provide to us.
If you have not received your package and the carrier has not confirmed delivery, please contact us for information regarding your package. For international orders, we suggest checking with your local Customs office to inquire about your order.
Bead Passion Studio shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within Virginia. The customer will be solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes on orders shipped to other states.
We follow all applicable laws, and changes may be required to conform to these laws without prior notice.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Bead Passion Studio shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Bead Passion Studio shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Prior to any action being taken, an email will be sent to the customer explaining the correct price. The customer can approve the corrected price or cancel the purchase.
